Maps and Directions
The Marquette Interchange (downtown Milwaukee's major interchange) is undergoing a huge facelift from 2005 through 2008. Occasional closures and detours may affect these directions. Please check with the Marquette Interchange Project web site for updates before venturing out to see us.
FROM THE NORTH OR SOUTH
Take I-43 to downtown, exit McKinley Boulevard east, which turns into Knapp St. This goes up a hill and bends to the north, leading to a four-way stop at Ogden. Turn right to take Ogden east until Prospect. Take Prospect to Curtis, turn left on Curtis, 1/2 block to Farwell, turn left on Farwell.
FROM THE WEST
94 East to 794 East exit on Jackson/Van Buren. Take Van Buren north to Ogden, turn right, take Ogden to Prospect, turn left, take Prospect to Curtis, turn left on Curtis, 1/2 block to Farwell, turn left on Farwell. You may also choose to take I-43 north instead of 794 and follow the directions above.
A fenced-in parking lot at 1475 N Farwell (right side of the street) is available to Shank Hall patrons during shows only. Please do not park in any other lots in the area. If the lot is full, there is plenty of street parking in the area. Shank Hall is located on the left side of the street, about a half block south of the parking lot.
